Before the Service or Experience Takes Place

It may happen that a professional has not updated their availability or that an unforeseen circumstance has arisen. If Mayordome determines that the cancellation by the professional is not justified by a major reason, we will take disciplinary measures to prevent such situations in the future.

  • If you cancel before 15 days from the date of the service or experience, you will receive a full refund of your reservation amount.
  • If you cancel between 15 days and 7 days before the date of the service or experience, you will receive 50% of your reservation total.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before the date of the service, you will not receive any refund.
